18.2 No Waiver
A failure or delay by us to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.

You may not transfer or assign any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations to another organization, for example in connection with a merger, acquisition or business restructuring.
